Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
All Kerry Madisyn garments are thoughtfully crafted through our cut and sew process. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping.
During peak seasons, please allow up to 14 business days for order fulfillment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS — rates calculated at checkout.
International Shipping: 7–14 business days via DHL or UPS — rates calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping: On U.S. orders over $150.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties required by their country.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because each piece is made-to-order or produced in limited batches, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We want you to feel beautiful and confident in your Kerry Madisyn pieces. If you received:

the wrong item,
an incorrect size due to our error,
or a defective garment,

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at support@kerrymadisyn.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Eligible items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Mailed back (if applicable) within 7 days of approval.

If approved, we’ll offer a:

Replacement of the correct item (if available)
Store credit or alteration (when applicable)

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, due to our made-to-order production process. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
